If you have been working on wordpress and you would love to make some changes to the 'Post Comment' , here are some few steps to help you do that. For example if you wish to change the 'Post Comment' to 'Post Review' , just follow the steps below.
First this will require you to login to the root sever of your website, where you can locate public_html. In here is where you will need to make some changes to the source file of your theme. To locate this source file, click on theme, then source.php, click on it and select edit.
Look for this code below
<input name="submit" type="submit" id="submit" class="submit" value="Post Comment">
Then change the value="Post Comment" to value="Post Review".
Note if you modify this directly in your theme it will be removed with any update. However I would advise you create a child theme where you can do the editing. The link below will guide you.

Or you can also check the comment.php file and edit this code below
$defaults = array(
    'fields' => apply_filters('comment_form_default_fields', $fields),
    'label_submit' => __('Post a comment')
);
comment_form($defaults);
All you need to do in the above code is to make changes to the "Post Comment" to "Post Review"
